Telephone girls went on a strike today. Olive, Edna Rossiter, and Margaret Helmer all left the board at five o'clock and flocked over here to the office. Each had a story to tell and they were all talking at once. Soon Hazel who quit two weeks before came in and joined them. Such excitement.

Went to Rehearsal for Minstrels at Exempt's Hall. Felt a little provoked by Barbara because she didn't stop. Came home alone at about 10 o'clock.
