There is an identification page glued inside the front cover of the 1914 diary. Her name is listed as S. Mae Youker, Residence as 14 South Main Street, Dolgeville, N.Y. She lists her business address as the Law Office of P.H. Murphy, Main street. Office telephone is 137 J. No home phone is listed. She lists her collar size as 12 and her shoe size as 2 1/2. The diary also contains a brief pre-printed almanac with city and state populations, poison cures, and currency exchange rates.
